The Sales & Business Development Executive is:

  • The primary point of contact for the sales executive is customers/partners.
  • Advises customer/partners business and technology decision makers how to best realize the value of their Meerue™ technology investment through strategic business alignment, innovation, implementation, productive use and support.
  • Responsible for owning and driving key customer/partner relationships to further develop sales and services opportunities
  • Understanding and effectively articulating the value proposition of Kaonsoft’s Mobilizing-as-a-Service (MaaS) to customer executives.
  • Responsible for operational excellence: building qualified pipeline, developing and evolving Account Plans, developing high quality sales & services growth strategies, forecasting and business management, consistent execution of Kaonsoft sales plan.
  • Responsible for leading account planning / strategy sessions: positioning, crafting, selling and training Kaonsoft product and services portfolio deep into accounts in US.
  • Influencing a network of key contacts within customer organizations through understanding the customer environment, the mobility vertical, and the competition.
  • Owning the sales cycle end-to-end by managing opportunities through - prospect, qualify, solution, proof, negotiate contracts, close opportunities in order to achieve your revenue, Kaonsoft goals.
  • A sales executive must have superior business development and business management skills, specific to the Enterprises. Depth of experience in a variety of applicable technologies is essential and strong services business knowledge is required. The individual must be able to understand and effectively articulate Kaonsoft strategy and vision to a variety of audiences, building credibility and trusted-advisory relationship status with assigned customers. Knowledge of Kaonsoft's products, technologies and solutions is required.  Knowledge of mobility-related technology is desired and/or must acquire the level of understanding in the domain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years working experience in either software sales, consulting sales, client/project management, high-end professional services, business development/delivery with demonstrated expertise / success.
  • A graduate degree (preferably an MBA) would be a plus.
  • Strong business development and software / services solutions sales skills.
  • Extremely strong written, verbal and communication skills (including proposal writing and presentation building).
  • Current and highly proficient computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and other systems/tools/software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with sales, technical and operations resources.
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise software market space.
  • A solid understanding of Kaonsoft's value proposition and technologies/solutions/services.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to manage a frequent travel schedule throughout US.
  • Ability to pass a background check

The Sales Operation and Marketing Specialist is:

  • Maintains close contact to key personnel at major and potential customers.
  • Create, develop, and execute marketing plan; newsletter, warm-calling, web content update, social marketing
  • Maintains a presence in relevant industry and trade organization to promote the business name. (This may involve travel domestically.)
  • Constantly evaluates market situation, industry trends, technology trends and competitive environment in relationship to the company's marketing strategy.

  • Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
  • Prepare visual presentation materials for executive-level meetings using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Writes and manages communications for Sales and Leadership Team (ie. preparation of e-mails, write and proofread memos, reports and correspondence)
  • Schedule and maintain travel itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Respond to ad hoc requests
  • Accounting activities; billing, payment processing, travel & expense reports
  • Knowledge and experience in social marketing - Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Experience with sales, business development, managing customer relations and/or companies
